How to Order from Orchard Food

Ordering from Orchard Food is simple. Choose your delivery day, place your order before the cut-off, and we'll bring the good stuff straight to your door.

Pretoria — Wednesday delivery
Order by Monday 2pm, delivered Wednesday.

Pretoria — Friday delivery
Order by Tuesday 2pm, delivered Friday.

Johannesburg — Thursday delivery
Order by Tuesday 2pm, delivered Thursday.

🌿 Free delivery on all orders over R1,000 — Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Here's how it works:

  1. Browse our shop and add your favourite pasture-raised meats, organic produce, and pantry staples to your cart.
  2. Choose your delivery day at checkout — Wednesday or Friday for Pretoria, Thursday for Johannesburg.
  3. Place your order before the cut-off time for your chosen delivery day.
  4. We pack your order fresh and deliver it straight to your door. Real food, raised right.

Orchard Food FAQ's

Do you only stock organic produce?

Yes, everything on our shelves is either certified organic or sourced from farmers we visit personally. We only stock what we'd feed our own family.

Where are you located?

We have a store at 192 Bernard Street, Colbyn Village, Pretoria. Open Monday to Friday 9–6 and Saturday and Sunday 9–2. Or order online at orchardfood.co.za and we'll deliver to your door.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Just let us know. We sort it, no questions asked. Reply to your order confirmation email or send us a WhatsApp and we'll make it right.

Is raw dairy safe to consume?

Yes. We source our raw dairy from suppliers we trust personally and have vetted ourselves. If you're new to raw dairy, start with a small amount and see how your body responds. Any questions just send us a message.

How fresh is the produce?

Very. Our farmers harvest and pack your order in the same week it's delivered. It goes straight from the farm to your door.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Pretoria every Wednesday and Friday, and to Johannesburg every Thursday. Order by Monday 2pm for Wednesday delivery, Tuesday 2pm for Friday Pretoria or Thursday JHB delivery. Free delivery on orders over R1,000.

Is Orchard produce Non-GMO

Yes, always. No GMOs, no harmful chemicals, no shortcuts. That's the whole point.

How long have you been around?

We started Orchard Food in February 2024 and we've been growing ever since. Over 700 Gauteng families trust us for their weekly food, and most of them tell us they'll never go back to the supermarket.
